R: Emissions-related repairs (or replacements or adjustments) - Repairs that were paid by the consumer

D: Diagnosed - System OK (no problem) - Diagnosis that was paid by the consumer

E: Estimated additional repairs needed

S: Sublet repair - Station diagnosed then sublet

L: Emissions-related repairs (or replacements or adjustments) - Repairs that were paid by the State

C: Diagnosed - System OK (no problem) - Diagnosis that was paid by the State
